I have led through growth, complexity, transition, operational pressure, and organizational change.
Those years shaped the way I listen.

WHAT I SAW
Over time, I began seeing a larger pattern.
Accomplished leaders were continuing to achieve extraordinary results.

But eventually a different question began to surface.
